How to edit tenant details
Edit tenant details on the mobile app
You can now edit tenant details on the mobile app, including the Lead Tenant. It's now easier than ever to fix an incorrect email address or name.
Tenant details cannot be edited once a report has been completed.
Go to the report that is awaiting a signature.
Under Tenants, select the tenant that requires editing.
Edit the tenant details as you wish. You can now amend the tenant's first name, last name and email address.
Click Save changes and re-send email.
Edit tenant details on the web app
Go to the Tenant Portal tab on the report awaiting signatures.
Click the 3 black dots next to the tenant's name.
If the report needs to be re-sent to the tenant, select Resend.
Click Edit to change the tenant's name or email address.
Edit the tenant's first name, last name or email address.
Select Confirm and re-send email. This will send the tenant a new report link.
