How to integrate with Reapit


Within ReapIt


  1. Within your Reapit account, navigate to the Reapit AppMarket, and search for HelloReport.


  1. Install the HelloReport app by click the Install App button.


  1. Navigate to the Settings section within the Reapit AppMarket, and copy your Customer ID code, you’ll need to enter this in the HelloReport dashboard.


Within HelloReport


  1. Click Account, and then Settings


  1. Click Integrations, and then open the Reapit tab

  1. Enter your Customer ID, and click to Save Changes.


  1. Switch the integration status to Active.



With the Reapit integration active:


  • You’ll be able to synchronise your property list to include all lettings properties from Reapit.
  • Completed reports will be automatically sent to the corresponding Reapit property record.
  • On your Hello Report account you will notice along side the address name a Reapit indicator if the property is linked to Reapit.


How it works with HelloReport:


  • You can import properties from Reapit manually by clicking Sync, or set the integration to auto-import overnight.
  • When importing, HelloReport retrieves properties from Reapit that are marked as letting properties and are in one of the following categories: To Let, Under Offer, Arranging Tenancy, Tenancy Current, or Tenancy Finished.
  • Properties are matched using the first line of the address and postcode.
  • When a property matches, the Reapit Property ID is added to the property record in HelloReport, creating the link.
  • If a property is removed or marked as Withdrawn in Reapit, it will be automatically deleted from HelloReport—unless it has reports attached. In that case, the property is retained to ensure no reports are lost.
  • Once properties are successfully linked, any completed report in HelloReport for that property is automatically posted to Reapit.
  • You can synchronise your property list at any time to include all lettings properties from Reapit.
  • Completed reports are automatically sent to the corresponding property record in Reapit.
  • The default location of HelloReport documents in the Reapit interface is under “Letters” for each property. To access this, select “Properties” from the left-hand menu, then select 'Lettings Properties' and then click “Letters” on the chosen property.
