Within your FixFlo dashboard:

Within the left menu click on 'Integrations and then 'Tokens'.

At the top of the Integrations page, click the button to 'Add Token'.



In the popup window, for ‘App Id’, enter ‘ HELLOREPORT’ making sure to use all capitals, then click add.

This will create a unique token which will be entered within HelloReport to enable the integration. Click to copy the token, and then move over to HelloReport.

Within the HelloReport web app:

Click Account and then Settings in the top menu.

On the page which appears, click Integrations, and then Fixflo.



Enter your FixFlo domain, and paste your token into the Authentication Key field.

Click to activate the integration.

With the integration active:

With the FixFlo integration active, maintenance defects noted in your HelloReport inspections will be automatically added as issues on the corresponding property in your Fixflo account.
