Clear app cache on mobile

You may be asked by a member of the team to clear your app cache. This article will explain how to do this in just a few steps.

If your app is using a high amount of storage, we recommend clearing your mobile app cache.

On your mobile app, select the green Settings cog in the top right corner.
Towards the bottom of the settings page, tap Clear app cache.

Tap I understand - clear cache.

Clearing the app cache will delete all photos on active reports. The reports themselves will not be deleted.
