Describe an inspection area or item
In HelloReport Mobile App
To describe an inspection area, click to an inspection area you wish to describe, for example kitchen.'
Go to Description and write in detail what you see in the room. Try to be as thorough as possible.
You can add a description to an item by going to Items and turning them on.
Click to the items of which you wish to describe in more detail. For example if you want to add a description to doors, click doors.
Go to Description field in doors and type your text in the field.
In HelloReport Web App
Go to the inspection area you wish to add the description to, for example living room.
Click Edit on the right top corner of the area.
Go to Description field and type your text in the field.
To save click Update.
If you wish to add a description to items to describe them in more detail, turn items on for that inspection area.
Click Edit to those items to which you wish to add the description.
Go to Description field and describe the item as best as you can.
To save, click Update.
To delete the extra items from your inspection area, follow instructions in this help article: Add, edit, duplicate and delete items.
