Copy area/item descriptions on the mobile app
Copy your area/item descriptions into other similar areas
On the inspection area or item, type or dictate in the description box to describe what you can see.
Once you have added your description, tap the green COPY button on the right hand side.
The inspection areas with their items within will be listed. Select the check box to tick the areas/items you wish to copy the description to.
Tap the Copy description button at the bottom of the page.
Your descriptions will now be duplicated.
Copying the description will overwrite any existing description for the selected inspection areas and items.
