Changing the report assessor of an in-progress report

If you have created the report, however you're not the one carrying out the property visit, you can change the report assessor on the web app. This Helpdesk guide will explain how.

The report assessor is the team member who has carried out the report. You also have the option to sign on behalf of the assessor.

Login to the HelloReport web app.
Go to the report you need to change the report assessor for.
Click the report assessor drop down menu.
Select the new report assessor.



Click Confirm to reassign the report.




The report assessor will now be the team member carrying out the report.

You can still sign the report on the behalf of an assessor.
