Back up your photos by automatically saving to your device

In the event that your mobile cache is cleared, or photos are deleted in error, it's great to have a photo back up. You can begin saving your photos in a few simple steps.

Go to your HelloReport app.
Click the green cog wheel in the top right corner.



In the settings, toggle on the green button next to Save images to device.



After enabling this in your settings, any photos taken in-app will automatically be saved to your camera roll/photo gallery.



Your photos are saved to the report once uploaded and saved to the server.
