Complete report on mobile without adding tenants

  1. When you have finished your report, click Preview report and upload data.






  1. When you have previewed the report and come to a conclusion that it is ready to be locked and signed, click Looks good - next.






  1. Turn Lock report and generate final PDF on (slide right).






  1. Sign the report under Your signature.


Ensure your signature is entered as it appears in capitals in the box.


  1. Use the + icon to add blank signature spaces. This is useful if you wish to collect tenant signatures externally.




  1. Click Continue to finalise.
