What is HelloReport?

HelloReport is a property inventory software made for letting agents, landlords and inventory clerks. It supercharges the way you work, allowing you to create professional reports in no more than a few minutes.

Tenants then receive a link to view, comment on and sign reports online, and our advanced tracking means you have evidence of reports being successfully delivered and opened. When complete, all parties are sent a copy of the completed report automatically.

Sign up for HelloReport via iPhone and Android:

Download the HelloReport app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Once the app has been installed, click on the HelloReport icon to open it.
Tap Sign up. If you have already created an account in HelloReport Web App or mobile, click Log In.




Fill in your details, including your email address and name, and set a strong password.
Click Next.




Select the amount of properties you currently manage from the list.
Click Create account.




You'll be asked to confirm your email address. To do this, open your email app and tap the link we've sent you.
Go back to the HelloReport app. Once you've clicked the link, we'll log you in automatically.

Sign up for HelloReport in Web:

Go to helloreport.co.uk.
Click Create a HelloReport account.






Fill in your details, including your email address, name, company name and set a strong password.
Choose how many properties you manage by clicking on the drop down menu.
Finish by clicking Sign Up.



You'll be sent a verification code to confirm your email address. Open your email account and type in the 6 digit code received.
Click Verify Email. You will then be able to complete account set up and log in.



When you finish creating your account, you'll automatically be enrolled in our full-feature 14 day free trial.
