How to cancel your subscription or delete your account
Only the Account Owner can access the billing page and make changes to a subscription.
If you're subscribed to a standard plan and pay via card, and want to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to the HelloReport website.
- Go to Account > Settings.
- Go to Billing > Monthly plan
- Click Cancel Subscription. Please read the disclaimer before proceeding.
- Type CONFIRM to agree to the cancellation.
If you are subscribed to an enterprise plan and pay via direct debit:
