Editing condition and cleanliness ratings

Each condition and cleanliness rating within the system has a definition attached to it. This helps anyone reading the report understand how things should be interpreted. To change this:

On the website go to Account in the top right corner and select Settings.

Head over to the Report Settings tab and then go to Condition / Cleanliness Ratings.
Click either Areas or Items, depending on the one you want to edit.

Edit the definitions as required.
You can also choose which rating you would like to appear by default in your reports.
Once you're done, click Update. Your changes will be applied to all users in the account, including all branches added.
