Your subscription includes unlimited report creation for the following report types:

Detailed pre-tenancy check of the property's condition and cleanliness.

###### Check Out

A comparison to the inventory report after the tenants move out to assess any changes.

###### Inspection

Routine check to spot any maintenance issues or tenancy agreement breaches.

###### Check In

Log important pre-tenancy information such as parking details and stopcock location. This report is in a check list format.

A risk assessment to identify potential Legionella hazards and confirm appropriate control measures are in place
