# Send reports to a nominated email address when completed

| This is a great feature if you wish all PDF reports to be sent to one email address, such as inventoryreports(at)estateagent.co.uk.

### In Web App

1. In HelloReport web app main page, go to **Account** in the top right corner. 

2. Go to **Report Settings**.

3. Click to **General** in Report Settings.

4. Type the chosen email address in the field under **Email completed reports to this email address when complete**.

5. To finalise, click **Update**.
