# Send reports to a client / landlord automatically when completed

### Associate the report with the correct client / landlord in Web app

1. Click to Clients/Landlords in the menu of HelloReport web app.

2. Choose the landlord or a client you want to associate with a property.
3. Click to **Properties** on that client. 
4. Click **Associate Properties**.

5. Choose the properties you wish to link with the landlord or client.
6. Finish by clicking **Associate properties**.

### Send reports to the landlord associated with the property in Web App

1. Go to **Account** and choose **Report Settings** in the top right corner of the page.

2. Click to **General** in Report Settings. 
3. Turn **If property is linked to client/landlord, automatically email completed reports to them** on (slide right).

4. Finalise by clicking **Update**.
