# How to delete a report

# Delete a report on the website

1. Go to the report you wish to delete on the website. Any report, in progress or complete, can be deleted here.
2. Go to **Report Actions** and click **Delete**.

3. Ensure you are deleting the correct report. Type **CONFIRM** in order to click **Delete**.
4. The report will be deleted from the system.

# Delete a report on the mobile app

|| Only reports active on the device can be deleted on the mobile app

1. Go to the **active reports** tab at the bottom of the home page.
2. Select the report you wish to delete.
3. Tap the **trash icon** in the top right corner.
4. Toggle on **I understand this action cannot be undone**.
5. Tap **Delete report**.
6. The report will then be removed from the device.
