# Edit the end of tenancy guidance notes

1. Go to **Account** in the top right corner of the homepage and select **Settings** from the drop down.

2. Depending on which type of report you wish to make the changes to, click to either **Inventory / Schedule of Condition, Inspection or Check Out** and choose **End of tenancy guidance** notes under it.

3. Firstly, you can choose whether you wish the End of tenancy guidance notes to be displayed in the report at all, by swiping it **on or off**.
4. Make any changes within the text box. Simply erase the part of text you wish to change and replace it.

5. To save all the changes you have made, click **Update**.

|| Remember to make the changes to the tenancy guidance notes before you create a new report where you wish to use these new declarations. The changes made to declarations after you have created a report will not be shown.
