# Describe an inspection area or item

# In HelloReport Mobile App

1. To describe an inspection area, click to an inspection area you wish to describe, for example kitchen.'

2. Go to **Description** and write in detail what you see in the room. Try to be as thorough as possible.

3. You can add a description to an item by going to **Items** and turning them on.
4. Click to the items of which you wish to describe in more detail. For example if you want to add a description to doors, click doors.

5. Go to **Description** field in doors and type your text in the field.

# In HelloReport Web App

1. Go to the inspection area you wish to add the description to, for example living room.
2. Click **Edit** on the right top corner of the area.

3. Go to **Description** field and type your text in the field.
4. To save click **Update**.

5. If you wish to add a description to items to describe them in more detail, **turn items on** for that inspection area.

6. Click **Edit** to those items to which you wish to add the description.

7. Go to **Description** field and describe the item as best as you can.
8. To save, click **Update**.
