# Complete report on mobile without adding tenants

1. When you have finished your report, click **Preview report and upload data**.

2. When you have previewed the report and come to a conclusion that it is ready to be locked and signed, click **Looks good - next**.

3. Turn **Lock report and generate final PDF** on (slide right).

4. Sign the report under **Your signature**.

||| Ensure your signature is entered as it appears in capitals in the box.

5. Use the **+** icon to add blank signature spaces. This is useful if you wish to collect tenant signatures externally.

6. Click **Continue** to finalise.
