# Change the name of a report type

# Changing the name of a report type

Report names are fully customisable and can be edited in a few clicks.

1. Go to **Account** in top right corner of the website's homepage and click **Settings**.

2. Click to **Report settings**.
3. Choose a report type: **Inventory / Schedule of Condition, Inspection or Check Out**.
4. For example, if you wish to change the name of **Inventory / Schedule of Condition** and call it simply Inventory, click General underneath.

5. Erase the part of the name you wish to change, and simply replace it with your name of choice.
6. You can also choose to stop displaying the **Contents page** and **Reports summary** in the final report.
7. Don't forget to save your changes by clicking **Update**.

|| The changes will only be applied to new reports, and not reports that are already created, in progress and completed.
