# Change or reset your password

# Change your password on the website

1. To change your HelloReport password, you'll need to log in to the web app at [https://my.helloreport.co.uk/](https://my.helloreport.co.uk/).
2. Go to **Account** > **Settings** > **User**.
3. Type your current password, then click **Confirm password**.
4. Type your new password, then click **Update**.


# If you have forgot your password

1. Go to the HelloReport website and click **Forgot Password**. On the mobile app, select **Reset Password**.
2. Type your email address and click **Send Reset Password Link**.
3. A reset password link will be sent to your email.
