# Change Assessor and Tenant Declaration wording

Declarations are the sections of legal text each person needs to agree to before they can sign the report.

This text appears next to the signature in the final PDF. To change this:

1. Log in to the web app.
2. Go to **Account** at the top right of the screen, then click **Settings**.

3. Go to **Report Settings > General**.
4. Scroll down the page to **Assessor declaration wording**, **Lead tenant declaration wording** and **Regular tenant declaration wording**.
5. Make the required changes within the text boxes.
6. Click **Update** once you're done.
