# Add meter readings, keys and detector information

# Add meter readings, keys and detector information on the HelloReport Mobile App

|| You can now add individual keys and detectors to your report via the website and mobile app.

### Meters

1. Go to **Meters**.
2. **Select a meter type **(gas, electricity or water).
3. Insert **Reading, Location and Serial Number **of the meter.
4. Select the **payment type** (Prepayment or Tariff).
5. Add photographs of the meter, readings etc.
6. Tap **Save**.
7. To add more meter readings, click **Add meter reading**.
8. Submit the information of the additional meters.
9. When you have submitted the information of all the meters, **mark the area as complete**.

### Keys

1. Click to **Keys**.
2. If you wish to add general key information, add comments, details and photos under **General key notes**.
3. You can now add **Individual keys**. Tap **Add individual key record**.
4. Choose the **Key type** and explain what the key is for.
5. Select the number of keys.
6. Add any photographs and additional comments you may have.
7. When you have filled all the fields, tap **Save key record**.
8. Add further keys in the same way.
7. Once you have finished this section, **mark the area as complete**.

### Detectors

1. Click to **Detectors**.
2. If you wish to add general detector information, add details, comments and photographs under **General detector notes **.
3. Mark whether they are all **tested and working (yes / no)**.
4. If they are not all tested and/or working, add to **comments** which of them have problems or which have not been tested.
5. You can now add **Individual detectors**. Tap **Add individual detector record**.
6. Choose the **Detector type** and add the location of the detector.
7. Slide the **Tested** button to mark the detector as tested. If it is not tested, leave a comment to explain further.
8. Add any photographs.
9. When you have filled all the fields, tap **Save detector record**.
10. Add further detectors in the same way.
9. After you have finished this section, **mark the area as complete**.

# Add meter readings, keys and detector information on the HelloReport Web App


### Meters

1. In the report page, click to **Meters**.
2. Click **Add Meter** to add the first reading.
3. Select the **Energy Type** (gas, water, electricity). 
4. Insert the **Location, Serial Number and Reading** of the meter.
5. Select the payment **type** (Prepayment or Tariff).
6. Click to **Photos**.
7. Add any photographs of the meter, readings etc.
8. Finalise by clicking **Add**.
9. Insert the rest of the meter readings in a similar way.

### General Keys

1. Go to **Keys** in the report page.
2. Click **Add keys**.
3. Insert **details** of the keys: what type of keys and how many the property has.
4. Add any additional **comments**.
5. Click to **Photos**.
6. Add the photographs you have of the keys.
7. Click **Update** to finish.

### Individual Keys

1. You can now add individual keys. In the report page, click to **Keys** and select **Individual**.
2. Click **Add key**.
3. Insert the **Key Type** and describe what the key is for.
4. Input the **Number of Keys**.
5. Add any additional **comments** you may have.
6. Click **Photos** and add the photographs.
7. Click **Add** to save the changes.

### General Detectors

1. In the report page, go to **Detectors**. 
2. Click **Edit** in the right corner.
3. Add **details** of the detectors, where they are located and the type of detector.
4. Mark whether the detectors have been **tested and if they are working (yes/no)**.
5. If not, add **comments** which of the detectors are not working or if they have not been tested.
6. Click to **Photos** and add the photographs.
8. Click **Update** to save the changes.

### Individual Detectors

1. You can now add individual detectors. In the report page, click to **Detectors** and select **Individual**.
2. Click **Add detector**.
3. Insert the **Detector Type** and the location.
4. Use the slider to mark whether it has been tested or not.
5. Add any additional **comments** you may have on the detector.
6. Click to **Photos** and add any photographs.
7. Click **Add** to save changes.
